Vanessa D. Hsu, OD

Dr. Vanessa Hsu grew up in Sweden after leaving her home county during the Vietnam War.  She came to the United States at the age of 12 and pursued her dream of helping people.  She found her passion in the field of eye care.  Dr. Hsu graduated from UCLA with a degree in Japanese Languages and Cultures, and then went on to receive her doctorate degree from Southern California College of Optometry in 2002.  She was the recipient of the distinguished Dr. Charles A. Abel Scholarship honoring clinical excellence in family practice.

Dr. Hsu is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Orange Chamber of Commerce, and Vision Source - the premier network of private practice optometrists.

Having lived in Sweden for 9 years and studied a different culture, Dr. Hsu loves getting to know her patients on a personal level.  She always has the patients' best interest at heart.  She enjoys playing volleyball once a week, and plans to enroll in a cooking class when she gets a chance.  She lives just over the hill in West Irvine, with her husband, son, and two daughters.

Analyn S.P. Dizon, OD

Dr. Analyn Dizon graduated from California State University, Hayward with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. Her compassion for others led her to work in the healthcare field as an Optometric Assistant. From that experience she found her passion for Optometry. She pursued that passion and obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern California College of Optometry in 2008. Dr. Dizon is a member of the American Optometric Association and California Optometric Association.

Dr. Dizon genuinely cares for her patient’s well-being and finds it important to develop a close working relationship with them. By educating her patients about the health of their eyes, she believes that it will help her patients maintain the clear and comfortable vision they need to enjoy their lifestyle.

In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and family. She loves traveling, learning how to play golf, and is a bit of an Angry Birds game addict!

Jose has 6 years of experience working in the optical field. He is knowledgeable both in the fabrication and selection of specialty lenses.  He enjoys working with patients and tailors each experience according to their needs.  When he is not working with our patients, he loves to paint portraits with acrylics on canvas, and play bass guitar as well as sing in a band.

Sanna - Patient Care Coordinator

Sanna was born and raised in Finland, and got married and moved to the city of Orange a few years ago.  While in Finland, she worked in a LASIK practice for 12 years. She is committed to providing excellent patient care and making a difference in our patients' lives.  She loves to sing and performs with local bands in her spare time.  During the school year, she also teaches Finnish.  Currently, she is training for next year's marathon.

 
Michelle and Jasmine

Optometric Assistants

Michelle and Jasmine are UCI graduates and both aspire to be great Optometrists.  They are very knowledgeable in performing special testings with state-of-the-art equipment as well as in contact lens care and training.  Jasmine loves to cook and enjoys discovering unusual flavors in foods from around the world.  Michelle has a great interest in sports.  She enjoys playing volleyball and watching the Lakers and Dodgers.

Jimmy Quang

Optometric / Optical Assistant

Jimmy is the newest member of our team and also aspires to be an Optometrist.  He helps to provide the care and attentiveness that every patient deserves.  In his time outside of the office, he enjoys biking, swimming, running and go-karting.
